Change is inevitable and a business reality for everyone. There is a direct correlation between change success and the work we do in leading the people-side. Leading Change in Organizations is a workshop that equips participants with knowledge, skills and tools to confidently and effectively lead people and teams through organizational change. Our workshop will help you learn how to effectively implement changes in your company.

Loretta O’Donnell
PhD, Vice-Provost, Academic Affairs
PhD in Management, Macquarie Graduate School of Management
Dr. O’Donnell has over twenty years of experience in teaching Executive MBA, postgraduate and undergraduate business students in the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales (UNSW) located in Sydney, Australia. As an elected faculty member of the UNSW Academic Board, and as Associate Dean Education, she combined academic policy development and implementation with her teaching, learning and research interests. She was Program Director for the UNSW AGSM Graduate Certificate in Change Management and for the Masters of Commerce program. Dr. O’Donnell has won awards for her teaching and for research on human capital analysis in financial markets.
Previously, she consulted in organizational change for a large global firm in Sydney and Chicago, and in a boutique firm specializing in developing management systems to sustain change. Loretta obtained her PhD in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Timothy Wawn

Tim is an Instructor in Entrepreneurship and Management at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business. He holds a Masters’ degree in Economics from Macquarie University and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Tim possesses over 20 years’ experience as MD/CEO of listed and private companies and has been involved in a wide range of start-up enterprises as a CEO, Director and/or investor. He has broad experience working in international markets, particularly the United States and Central Asia and has over 10 years’ experience as a public company director. He possesses extensive experience in the commercialization of new technologies, business development and business transformation.
