SPEAKER’s BIO:

Dr Mayowa Babalola received his PhD from the University of Leuven, Belgium and is currently a faculty member in the College of Business at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU). Prior to joining UAEU, he served as Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Australian Catholic University, Melbourne and NEOMA Business School in France.

His research program revolves around understanding how to make organizations behave more ethically and build a more productive, healthy, and committed workforce. Articles from this research program has been published in top-tier business and management journals such as Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics (JBE), amongst others and serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Business Ethics
