The Executive MBA program provides a unique learning environment by bringing together professionals from a variety of fields. Training is conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Russian.
EMBA Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the EMBA, graduates will be able to:
  1. Demonstrate global business competence and understanding of cross-cultural differences and similarities
  2. Apply in-depth knowledge of business theory and strategy development in business contexts
  3. Lead themselves and others with exceptional teamwork and collaborative skills
  4. Communicate effectively in different business situations.
EMBA students will typically be assessed according to the following assessment methods:
Final Grades in courses
Assignment grades in courses
Written Thesis Project
Thesis Project Oral Defense
Satisfactory completion of the EMBA program requires that the student progress through a number of distinct stages:
Satisfactory application to the program.
Satisfactory completion of all required coursework and exams.
Satisfactory completion of a Capstone Project.
Curriculum

This course focuses on six core leadership domains (personal, relational, contextual, inspirational, supportive, and responsible leadership). Topics examined include how the domains relate to each other, what the effects of each domain are on followers, what actions individuals can take to assess leadership and to enhance their own awareness of what each domain involves, and how to improve their skills with respect to each domain.
