Seminar "Conflict Management"
Conflict in the workplace is absolutely inevitable, and an essential aspect of being a good leader is understanding how to manage it. How much time and energy have you spent avoiding or ignoring situations that seem likely to produce disagreement? How often are you refraining from giving honest feedback or constructive criticism for fear of conflict? How many times have you seen teams or relationships torn apart by individuals expressing different opinions or perspectives in a way that became contentious?

However, conflict need not be negative, or have harmful consequences. When it is approached with the correct mindset and strategies, conflict has the potential to be a tremendous force for positive growth and change.
