In 1994, I graduated from the philosophical and economic faculty of Al-Farabi Kazakh State University. It was a time not only of the collapse of the USSR and the transition to a market economy but also a time of new opportunities.

In all the years before enrolling in the Executive MBA program, I worked in high positions, made important decisions, and constantly engaged in self-education. However, since I did not have a specific business education, doubts arose about whether I was doing everything correctly.

My studies in EMBA confirmed that I was moving in the right direction with self-education and making the right decisions. This gave me tremendous professional confidence and maturity as a first leader, providing a foundation for further development and growth, and courage in making difficult decisions.

The FTMBA program was a key moment in my career, leading me to focus on innovation and technology. The comprehensive curriculum of the program helped me gain the necessary skills I needed to succeed in this area. One of my most cherished memories from the program is the bond I formed with my classmates. They have become more than just peers; they are lifelong friends who have provided support and inspiration throughout my professional journey.
