Nizamiddin Amangeldiyev is currently a Teaching Assistant in Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Business. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Credit (Financial markets and institutions), Lomonosov Moscow State University (diploma with Honours) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (diploma with Honours), Lomonosov Moscow State University. During his master studies, Nizamiddin was an intern in EY, Risk Transformation Group. In addition, he completed additional courses in Risk Management in Academia of Sberbank in Moscow. His interests and hobbies are sport, namely martial arts, writing analytics and public speaking (conference)

Zharaskhan Temirkhanov Teaching Assistant Zharaskhan Temirkhanov is currently an Academic Associate with Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining the NUGSB team, he was a Senior Lecturer at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. He holds a BSc degree in Economics and Business from L.N. Alina is a teaching assistant at the Graduate School of Business of Nazarbayev University. She has experience working in the public, financial sectors, and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining the NUGSB, she worked at the Ministry of Trade and Integration (Department of International Cooperation). She holds a Master's degree in Corporate Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from the Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China. She is fluent in English and Chinese. Hobbies: traveling, dancing, foreign languages.

Askhat Omar is currently a Teaching Assistant in Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Business. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University. Askhat’s academic interests include: econometrics, private equity and investment decisions. His hobbies are boxing and swimming.

Dosbol Sotsialkhan is currently a Teaching Assistant at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business. He holds Master of Science in Finance degree from Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business (diploma with honor), and Bachelors’ degree in Economics (major in Financial Engineering) from Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance 2017. During his Bachelor study, Dosbol has participated in 9th “SAIC Education Cup” University Students’ Science and Technology Innovation Works Exhibition Activities in Shanghai in April 2016. And his team has won the 2nd prize among the economic projects with the help of a self-designed game theory model “Herdsmen’s Dilemma”. Dosbol has been awarded several prizes by the university, such as “2nd prize of Science Innovation, Cultural and Sports Competition Scholarship”, “3rd prize of Merit Students’ Scholarship” and “National Inspirational Scholarship” for the academic year 2015-2016; “1st prize of Merit Students’ Scholarship” for the academic year 2016-2017. Before graduating the bachelors, Dosbol had an internship at Industrial Securities (a state-owned investment bank) at Shanghai from September 2016 to March 2017. After graduation, he worked as an Investment Assistant at Shanghai QiQi Investment Management Center LLP, a private fund at Shanghai, until the September of 2018. Starting from April 2020, Dosbol has been working as a Research Assistant at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business. Dosbol likes playing football and watching football games. His hobbies also include running, listening to music and watching movies.

Nursana is a teaching assistant at the Graduate School of Business of Nazarbayev University. She has experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the NUGSB, she worked at Hilton Astana hotel as Front Office Operations Supervisor. Meantime she was responsible for Hilton Honors enrollment program and member of committee for Blue Energy sustainability program. She holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Sheffield, UK (Diploma with Distinction) and a Bachelor's degree in Service Management of Eurasian National University (Diploma with excellence). She is qualified by CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership. Her interests include organizational management, entrepreneurship, ESG and strategic management. Hobbies: traveling, drawing, cooking.

Nurlyaiym Zhaksybayeva is currently an Academic Associate with Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Business. She holds a Master’s in public policy from Nazarbayev University. She worked in the quazi-governmental sector as a consultant on trade policy issues. Nurlyaiym’s academic interests include economics, sustainable development, trade. Hobbies: travelling, reading, playing violin.

Fayez Najib is currently a Teaching Assistant at Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Business. He holds a Master of Science in Finance degree from Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Finance from Kazguu University. During his master’s studies, Fayez and his team took second place in Fintech Asian competition in Hong Kong and represented Kazakhstan Nazarbayev University in Hong Kong. In addition, during his bachelor’s degree, Fayez and his team presented Kazakhstan Kazguu University in the CFA research challenge 2019-2020. His interests and hobbies are sport, fitness, public speaking, Investment, Analytics, and teaching.
