Operations management is one of the most important aspects of managing a company. Tools and concepts of operations management are widely applied to all types of business processes in different industries. The aim of this program is to develop a strategic view and management skills that help managers to address key issues of their work. Participants will learn how to increase revenue by improving operations, identify areas of inefficiency in the company, reduce staff turnover and properly assess quality of provided services.
